Welcome to my world

I’m Ioana (ee-wanna ). I love building businesses that create good in the world. I help impact-driven founders build theirs in a way that actually lasts. I started out in big organisations (Nestle, LG, Orkla) learning how growth works when the stakes are high and the systems have to hold. I then took that experience and built my own consultancy to seven figures, in a foreign country, without a team, and being mama to two toddlers.

These days, I’m growing my second business, Impacters Group – certified B Corp in 2023 – and working alongside founders who care deeply about the world and want steady, predictable growth. In the past 4 years, I’ve coached and trained over 800 impact entrepreneurs to build clear offers, attract the right clients, and grow steadily without salesy tactics or hustle culture. What I believe in is simple: clarity over chaos, systems over pressure, and businesses that support the humans running them.
